Hi loves! I wanted to quickly share this outfit with you! It's actually what I wore on Thanksgiving day! (Random I know!) I never snapped pictures since we were out of town and loved it so much that I rewore it. I like that it isn't super matchy matchy. I am kind of done with making sure things match perfectly all the time. I thin this particular outfit works too, because of the jewel tones! I hope you have a fabulous Tuesday.

Thanks so much for visiting Spotlight Weekly today! I am loving this super soft fringe hem cardigan from Pink Blush! It's definitely on the heavier side, so I think it passes off as an outerwear piece! It is so cozy with a basic long sleeve tee (I  bought this in three colors - I love that it's a little longer in the back and nursing friendly!) and some cute distressed jeans.

Hi ladies! Today I'm styling a cozy, and warm outfit for some super rainy weather lately! This sweater is from Fat Face. I love how great these jeggings fit me. I have styled them so much already and even spent a few days wearing them around my house... that's how comfortable they are! As for this cozy Alicia hoody, I haven't taken it off since it started raining the other day! (Exaggerating a bit, but honestly it's super comfy) and soooo soft! If you check out their size (Fatface.com) remember that they are UK sizes, so size up!

A Layering Trick

Hi lovelies! It's Monday again! I had such a great week last week though, so I'm not even a little upset! AND I cooked minestrone soup last night for my lunches this week! There's nothing like being prepared for a busy week. Anyway, I adore this combination because of the subtle flannel button-up detail on the sleeves and at the neckline in my favorite color of course... pink! Oh, and this dress only cost $12!!!

If you aren't familiar with a fun trick for layering allow me to enlighten you... First of all, this dress is a body con dress which means that it's SKIN TIGHT! Which means that usually you can see all of the buttons and creases that are inevitable when you're layering, but the trick I've learned is to actually do three layers, the button-up, tank top, then the dress! (or sweater) but either way the tank top smoothes out all of the creases and allows you to layer with even the tightest of dresses! I wish I could take credit for this idea, but alas, my dear Pinterest board never ceases to amaze me.

 Hi loves! Hope you're having a great week so far! I've been MIA working on lots of things before I go back to work on Monday! So sad... but I'm ready to tackle the new year. It's been REALLY cold lately especially for where I live, but I have found ways to stay warm and stylish. This sweater dress from dressbarn is one of my secrets. I love how it's layered with the similarly colored blanket scarf, and my olive booties for a little contrast. The Pink Blush maternity coat is my absolute favorite warm piece right now, but I've linked above to a non-maternity option for ya! Hope you have a lovely day! xo.
