Today, the lovely blogger, Grace of Gracefullee Made blog and I have teamed up to share a fun collaboration we did with black and gold!  I love this color combo for many reasons, but what I love most is that they are the colors of my alma mater, the Mizzou Tigers! Black and gold remind me of the gold 'ol days when I woke up at 11 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for Spanish class, then went to an awesome Literature class where I got to talk about inspiring things I'd read and sip on lattes all the time.  Those days are long gone, but hey, at least today is Friday! Happy weekend, lovelies.

Happy Monday, lovelies!  I am here to share this darling dress with you.  It's one of my favorites from C.C. Lake.  I adore how easily it's dressed up or dressed down.  I went with a more dressy with some nude pumps and a sequin clutch look for this post, but next time I style it, I envision my hair up (maybe a top knot?) With a denim jacket and some black wedges? We'll have to see- the possibilities are endless.  It's so flowy because the skirt is a chiffon-like material, and the modest slits on the sides give it a flirty feel!  Hope you have a fabulous week, fashionistas!  This week we're styling sweaters for Spotlight Weekly, so come back to link-up later this week!

I'm seriously in love with this dress. Not only is the fabric super comfortable and flowy, it is the perfect length and easily transitions from season to season! I wore it a few months ago for the summer, but have transitioned it to Fall with my cargo vest from F21, and a glitzy, adorable clutch from Glamplaza!
