Easter Outfit Inspiration

March 22, 2016

Hi ladies! Happy Wednesday! I know I shared this dress early this week, but I wanted to share a cute variation for church or Easter brunch! I adore this pastel blazer, and against a pastel yellow wall, I'm basically a walking Easter egg! I just think that a blazer with a dress is more formal and fancy for church or any fun event where you want to appear more dressed up!

I linked to a ton of Easter dress options above! I still have no clue what I'll be wearing. Must go shopping tomorrow!

Minted

Hi ladies! Today, I'm styling an oldie, but goodie - this gorgeous mint blazer. My go-to look these days has been leggings, a tee, and a super cute blazer for some color or personality. See how I styled this exact blazer with a darling floral dress here last Spring. Also, stay tuned because this week I'm sharing the ultimate Valentine's Gift Guide! Have a fabulous Monday!

Hello ladies! The fabulous #BloggersWhoBudget are back this month to share our favorite maxi dresses with you! An added bonus is that they are all under $100! I am personally a huge fan of [stripes…as you know from last week's striped dresses] but also the color heather gray. This light gray is perfect for summer because it goes with ANY pastel. I chose to pair this piece with my favorite mint blazer. It made this rather revealing-up-top maxi dress seem more professional-looking for work, but still stylish and comfortable enough for a lunch date on the weekend! Check out how the other lovely ladies styled maxi dresses! Have a lovely week!

I'm ready for Spring colors and Spring wardrobe, Spring break, and Spring everything! So, if it's wrong to be too "eastery" then I don't want to be right!

Lucky FABB Series: Day 1 Outfit

April 10, 2013

Wearing:
Dress: BBDakota
Blazer: Forever 21 (similar)
Wedges: Franco Sarto via Nordstrom
Necklace: LOFT (in store and on sale!)
Pave Link Bracelet: J.Crew
Arrow Bangle: gift (similar)
Watch: Michael Kors

I would be lying if I said I didn't put a lot of thought into this outfit for Day 1 of Lucky FABB (Lucky Magazine's Fashion and Beauty Blogger Conference), but it's so true. I knew I wanted to be bright, colorful, and springy! Mint and floral was my absolute first choice, and this gorgeous BBDakota dress was an absolute steal! It's very affordable, and I love the detail on the hem and its' flowy chiffon material. I would definitely recommend it for a summer wedding or any sort of party! It's got dainty, little spaghetti straps, you just can't see them in this post!

I've also been wearing the LOFT necklace I bought a few weeks ago with EVERYTHING! It's lightweight, and neutral, but makes a subtle statement with almost every outfit I've paired it with. Lastly, I'd like to address my never-ending love affair with the classic legacy Coach cross body bag. I've only purchased vintage cognac brown ones up until this point, but I decided that I needed a gorgeous Spring color to tote around my keys, wallet, and lip color. The Penny bag in mint is not only a gorgeous color, but it also matches my blogger business cards ;) (a total plus!)

I really hope that you're having an amazing week, I just wanted to take the time to let you know, as a reader that I appreciate you! My next post over the weekend will be a Recap of my Day 1 Lucky FABB experience. It includes lots of helpful information that I learned about being a blogger! I've got lots of notes that I'm prepared to share with you- it will almost be like you were there with me! That's what I'm aiming for anyway.
