Happy Monday, fashionistas!  I've been dying to break out some of my more summery, spring lately! I went out on a limb when wearing this with my faux leather jacket… typically I don't pair neons and dark colors…instead I just pair neon with more neon, or pastels.  I tried it on with a denim jacket at first, but wanted to be a little more risky! I absolutely adore drop waist dresses, but honestly feel as though they're made for women who don't have as much as a waist.  I am more curvy than flat in the hips, so it could be better, but could be worse! Either way, I'm in love with the color combo of this ensemble. Hope you have a lovely week!

Well, my eyes are closed in a few of these- forgive me, but it was just so bright! Maybe it was my foxy yellow Kate Spade bag that was blinding me. Anyway, I've decided that I may have an unhealthy obsession with the color yellow. You see, my car is yellow, my adorable new bag is yellow, and it just so happens that it isn't my only yellow bag. Also, Coldplay's "Yellow" is one of my favorite songs. Yes, it's pretty much a disease, my friends. Seriously though- this outfit was perfect for a warm, spring day in the 70's. Superbly delightful!

Pardon my hair in these photos- it was literally the windiest day I've ever experienced. However, I won't complain because at least it's warm! This outfit was a no-brainer. During Spring, you can find me in a dress + jacket/sweater/blazer combo almost all of the time. A cute scarf and darling Zara bag definitely add a fun dynamic. Stripes and leopard are such an attractive combo to me.

Hello readers! We'll keep it short and sweet with a "Happy Monday", and a "thank God for tights when it's freezing outside, but I want to wear a dress to pretend it's not Winter." March is on it's way though! Also, I adore the hem on this dress and plan to wear every dress or skirt with a non-traditional hem this season. What's your favorite trend for Spring 2012? On this particular day, the weather was warm and the sun was shining. It felt like Spring in the air- so naturally, I had to wear one of the brightest items in my closet. Also, there's something about stripes with an outfit. My striped tees have become somewhat of a closet staple. They are so versatile; you can literally pair stripes with almost any color combination (especially if they are navy & white.)
