We celebrated our first wedding anniversary this past weekend. It was the absolute happiest day of my life, and to be honest, last year I didn't share it on the blog. I won't get into the specific reasons that I chose not to share it, but we'll just say it's because I have to keep a lot of things very private for my own safety and security. However, after spending five days in the very place we got married 365 days ago, I couldn't help but go through every single photo and relive the happiest most cherished moments of my life thus far. Then I realized that I just have to share it with you. I want you to experience the joy and love I felt on this day- plus it's wedding season, so I'm sure some of you guys may enjoy a few sappy wedding posts. It's been a whirlwind year but marriage is such a fantastic journey and I look forward to many more years to come.
My dress is a Justin Alexander gown from Mon Amie bridal salon in Orange County. You won't believe it, but it's the very first gown I tried on. I knew it was "the one". To be honest, the whole planning experience was an absolute dream. I am told that I was a very easy going bride- we wanted the feel of the wedding to be very relaxed and I feel like that was definitely reflected on the big day.
