Jewelry For Moms & Valentino Dupes

Hi loves! I'm sharing quite a few fun things today! First, I want to comment on this simple, casual outfit! I absolutely love how comfy these Articles of Society jeans are, and this flowy, printed tee is the right amount of sass for a casual outfit! I am super excited to be guest hosting the Trend Spin Link-Up this week with my girls Laura of Walking in Memphis in High Heels, and Erin of The Fashion Canvas. I have known these beauties for quite some time, and I'm constantly inspired by their work, and their style of course.

I also want to share some awesome new jewelry I found for mamas and babywearers! I don't know about you, but I've always been a major jewelry wearer! Ever since becoming a mama I've had to rethink my jewelry ensemble. I still wear a cute necklace here and there, but it seems that everything ends up getting tugged on by my sweet babe! Hi friends! I'm sharing a quick, easy, and VERY casual outfit for some last-minute Christmas shopping! I love a good sweatshirt, it's so comfy and cozy, but when you wear anything with a monogram on it, it automatically gets a higher notch of class! Hi ladies! I've had the Que Sera, Sera song stuck in my head alllll weekend after watching 'Call the Midwife' for the first time and hearing it in one of the first couple episodes. Anyone a fan of that show? I didn't like it at first, but I must admit it's growing on me! Here's hoping that leaving that as the title of this blog post will unstick it from my memory and I can continue humming cheerful Christmas tunes instead.

Anyway, about this outfit! This is a super simple, no-brainer outfit I threw together this weekend and loved it so much! My new jam is dresses with knee high boots because it gives the illusion that it's cold outside here haha. Really, I don't mind the comfortable weather ;) I love this shift dress from 9Fifteen because it's super modest in length, yet hugs in all the right places. I wanted to layer with a faux fur vest, but the weather this weekend just didn't allow for something that hot. If you do live where it's freezing though, you could definitely rock this dress, and these boots with a puffer vest, cute scarf and a pair of tights to keep warm!

Happy Monday, beautiful friends! Also, Happy November. It's difficult to believe that Halloween has come and gone, but I hope you had an amazing holiday! Ugh. I keep seeing those "here's how many weekends there are until Christmas" signs on Facebook and get super stressed out! It's my little one's first Christmas, so we definitely want to make it special! I definitely have big plans this year!

Anyway, about this outfit - are you sick of these Free People jeans yet? Remember they're only $78 and are super comfortable and flattering! I went for a grungy look hen styling my 'California' Home T! My husband is obsessed with Shark Tank, so he pretty much thinks I am famous for working with a fabulous company like The Home T on my blog! *insert emoji of lady fluffing her hair* (If you don't already know, they appeared on Shark Tank!)

Seriously though, any chance I get to represent my home state, you better believe I will take it! I really love this version of the tee because it's super soft and a v-neck is easily dressed up or down, but I adore baseball tees as well, so that may be my next one! Just to spruce up the outfit, I added my Hush Puppies booties and a comfy plaid flannel. A grungy, Fall look wouldn't be complete without a slouchy beanie! I'm not sure if beanies are 'in' again this season, but I'm helping them make a comeback - they are great for 4th day hair! Ha.

Happy Tuesday, loves! Today I styled a casual outfit for over the weekend. I love that denim skirts are coming back. They are so comfortable, and pretty stylish as well! I paired this skirt with a slouchy baseball tee, because they look casual but clean. Anyway, this is one of my more simple outfits, but I like to keep the blog authentic and really share with you what I wear each day! Have a fabulous week!
