I own so many pencil skirts...I think I have every color and texture that a skirt is offered in, however, sometimes I struggle with the boring, plain old idea of dressing up a skirt. (Especially when it's more than 100 degrees outside!) Sometimes I like to be unexpected and a pair a cute graphic tee or plain t-shirt with my skirts, so that's exactly what I did! I love the blues from the skirt paired with the bright neon color; and how lucky am I that I paired this necklace with the outfit on a whim?! It's just a coincidence that the tone of this necklace happens to be a slightly blue hue! I love fashion coincidences. What is one of your favorite unexpected fashion coincidences?
